Ingredients
Tomatoes/Lettuce heart/Lemon juice/Spring onions/Pimenton de la vera paprika/Crème fermière/Shredded guinea fowl leg/Flour tortilla
Method
- Mix together the lemon juice, cream, spring onions and paprika
- Stir in the guinea fowl
- Pan-fry the tortilla
- Chop the lettuce and tomato
- Garnish the tortilla with it
- Sprinkle with paprika
- Fold up!
- Serve!
