Ingredients

Tomatoes/Lettuce heart/Lemon juice/Spring onions/Pimenton de la vera paprika/Crème fermière/Shredded guinea fowl leg/Flour tortilla

Method

  1. Mix together the lemon juice, cream, spring onions and paprika
  2. Stir in the guinea fowl
  3. Pan-fry the tortilla
  4. Chop the lettuce and tomato
  5. Garnish the tortilla with it
  6. Sprinkle with paprika
  7. Fold up!
  8. Serve!
