Pan-fried guinea fowl with avocado

Ingredients

Honey/Garlic puree/Lemon juice/Rosemary/Guinea fowl fillet/Spring onion/Lemon/Avocado

Method

  1. Mix together the lemon juice, honey, garlic puree and rosemary 
  2. Coat the guinea fowl in the mixture
  3. Peel the avocado 
  4. Brown the guinea fowl on both sides
  5. Add the avocado 
  6. Slice the spring onion lengthwise
  7. Sprinkle with lemon juice and olive oil
  8. Serve!
