Ingredients
Honey/Garlic puree/Lemon juice/Rosemary/Guinea fowl fillet/Spring onion/Lemon/Avocado
Method
- Mix together the lemon juice, honey, garlic puree and rosemary
- Coat the guinea fowl in the mixture
- Peel the avocado
- Brown the guinea fowl on both sides
- Add the avocado
- Slice the spring onion lengthwise
- Sprinkle with lemon juice and olive oil
- Serve!
